Born from a simple observation
gyde was founded in Stuttgart by a team that saw the same pattern across industries: companies had great knowledge locked in PDFs, handbooks, and the heads of senior employees, but no practical way to get it to the people who needed it most.
Frontline workers in retail, healthcare, and hospitality were expected to learn from hundred-page manuals or sit through day-long workshops. The result: low engagement, poor retention, constant retraining.
We built gyde to close that gap. Today, organizations across Europe use our platform to onboard faster, upskill continuously, and ensure compliance, without disrupting the work itself.
